Canadian Customers

We strive to process and ship out your order by the next business day.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post*. A shipping notification email will be sent to your email address when your order has been shipped.
Please ensure the shipping and billing information are complete, valid, and correct. Missing or inaccurate information may cause processing delays. If the shipping address is a P.O. box, please ensure the P.O. Box accepts parcel deliveries.
We are not responsible if the address is not correct and un-deliverable. To have the returned item re-sent, you would need to cover full shipping cost.
In case the parcel returns back to us due to incomplete address or any issues related with the address, you can get a refund - however, the shipping charges would be deducted (if the shipping was paid separately, the shipping fee amount cannot be refunded and there would be charge to pay for the return shipping). In case if the order was under the FREE shipping rate, charge will be the amount we paid for the initial shipping and the way back to us.
Shipping Rates
We offer flat rate shipping in Canada for orders under $75 CAD and free shipping before tax on all orders over $75 CAD. We ship with Canada Post flat rate boxes. Our flat rate fee for orders under $75 CAD is $12.99 CAD. Orders placed before 2 PM Eastern time will ship out the same day, otherwise they will ship next day. Based on your location, shipping is 3-13 business days.

How It Works

Add qualifying product(s) to your shopping cart totaling $100 CAD or more(prior to taxes) and Free Shipping will be applied to your order. Please remember that you need to select the Regular Shipping option to receive Free Shipping. For shipments of orders to remote locations that are excluded from this offer, the shipping charge will be visible during Checkout. If your order contains items that are ineligible for Free Shipping, you will be charged shipping only for those items.
